This year, they’re adding new features like Author’s Alley for book signings and a dedicated low- and no-alcohol section.
There’s also a new Italian Trade Agency Pavilion showcasing international spirits.

Magic Hour Rooftop Is in Full Bloom for Summer

Midtown’s Magic Hour Rooftop at Moxy Times Square has unveiled its latest summer pop-up: Full Bloom.
Running through September, the space has been transformed into a vibrant floral fantasy.
At the center is a towering 12-foot bouquet created by Geo Events, spilling across the west terrace.
Expect lush vines crawling up walls and ceilings, plus playful checkerboard and wave patterns.
A vintage-style carousel covered in oversized blooms adds a whimsical touch to the rooftop.
The food and drink menu has also gone seasonal, with botanical cocktails like Lavender Haze and Golden Hour.
Bites include wagyu pigs in blankets, shrimp ceviche, and buttery lobster rolls.
Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, making it ideal for happy hour or weekend brunch.
There’s also live music and special events throughout the summer.
It’s the ultimate floral escape—right in the heart of Manhattan.
Daniel Boulud Brings Luxe Dining to NYC Skyscrapers

Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud is expanding his culinary empire with two new ventures in iconic New York skyscrapers.
On the 72nd floor of One Vanderbilt, he’s launching Summit Events, an elegant space for weddings, conferences, and receptions.
The venue offers stunning indoor and outdoor views, making it a unique spot for upscale gatherings.
At One Madison, Boulud is opening a massive 12,000-square-foot catering kitchen.
This kitchen will serve a wide range of events with menus inspired by his acclaimed restaurants.
These projects are part of Cuisine Boulud New York, a collaboration between Boulud’s Dinex Hospitality, Lifeworks Restaurant Group, and SL Green.
The expansions also support SL Green’s strategy to bring workers back to office buildings with premium hospitality experiences.
Boulud’s move marks a new chapter in blending fine dining with NYC’s commercial real estate.
Expect top-tier cuisine with spectacular skyline views soon.
La Grenouille’s Timeless Look Meets a Bold New Flavor

New York’s iconic La Grenouille has reinvented itself with a surprising twist.
The beloved French fine-dining spot at 3 East 52nd Street is now a Beijing-style Chinese restaurant.
Though the menu has shifted, the elegant ambiance remains untouched.
Crimson banquettes, gold fabric walls, beveled mirrors, and fresh flowers still fill the 80-seat dining room.
Signature dishes now include Quanjude Beijing Duck carved tableside, Shanghai-style smoked fish, and beef Zha Jiang noodles.
The new owner, Andy Zhang, purchased the building for $14.2 million and chose to preserve the classic décor out of respect for the space’s history.
While reservations are currently limited during staff training, the restaurant has opened its doors.
Early service has seen some hiccups, but efforts are underway to ensure a seamless experience.
This transformation blends tradition with innovation right in Midtown.
